place was perfect for myself and 2 kids
place is not maintained - we had dirt on the wall, birds poop on the porch, the kids playground slide is broken
we could hear everything from the room next to us and all of the kids running and screaming down the hallways

a good selection of food and drinks - while we were there we saw a lot of families with little kids
i probably wouldn t stay again with my kids
this is an upscale 4star hotel right in biltmore village that had restaurant, bar, spa in the main building
beautifully appointed, rooms were large, great bathroom, excellent on site dining w excellent room service;
room service breakfast had good options and was delicious

the staff is wonderful, its pet friendly, the pool with toys for the kids is great!!!
:) fortunately i had no kids with me as i walked through the giant smelly cloud of second hand pot smoke
were super comfortable and nice room behind hotel there is a small trail and pool had toys for kids to play with

facilities were clean, and my kids loved the pool
if you plan to use the pull out couch (like we did for our kids), reconsider
loved that egg whites were offered, kids loved pool and basketball court
the pool was older and that room was stuffy
great location. very friendly staff. yummy breakfast every morning. welcomed our dog!

i showed up they told me i had only registered as an individual and charged me $--- each for my 2 kids
the spa treatment was superb
the spa was also a great experience
wifi was extremely weak and dropped out so much i could not use it
