the shuttle left me and my kids stranded at the mall
very old and in need of repair loud kids in the parking lot short staffed on check
pool was not available to use as it was down for painting not mentioned on site about pool mot
thanks for the amenities, especially the business center, free parking & breakfast, location, and shuttle service

couldn't give the breakfast to my kids because they was allergic to everything that was offered
the pool was nice for the kids, but i couldn t enjoy the hot tub
i'd book again without the kids just to sleep all weekend
the pool area and hot tub was great for the kids to do where there
letting their kids run wild, being loud in the pool area, unsupervised, inconsiderate

pool party with 15 + kids in that tiny pool who admitted they weren t staying there
staff was so friendly and interactive with our kids
we ordered room service which seemed to come from a restaurant out in town and was very good
gym was nice, rooms were great, liked the shower style
problem was that your site said public parking was free without a reservation

heat didn t work they left the widows open so we were freezing all night and i had my kids the pictures looked
i always come here for relaxing and send the wife and kids to the pool while i play some xbox and with their
traveling with 3 kids, including 1 under the age of 1, the room was perfect for us
but we understand it was no big deal just would have been nice coming 8 hours away to let the kids stretch
the pool was closed the entire stay and my kids were looking forward to that.
