location, right on a very trendy happening block, near train, great park for kids one block

does not close fully leaving you able to hear the noise from outside which was a bartmiza and the kids screaming

nice hotel, staff, great little bar area with fireplace.

front desk didn't mind when we show up for an early check in

were so pleased with everyone and everything - even the parking area

staff was great as was the lobby bar and free breakfast also very convenient walking distance to roslyn village

midnight i was woken up to what sounded like kids running up and down the hall being very loud

held my kids hands

other then the pillow issue and wifi, the room was comfortable.

the room was really small so not worth the price paid but i guess that’s from them having a late check out

only about nine cars can park there and only seven in the parking lot

parking was a challenge in that the spaces were tight and hard to get in and out

lady manager was very sweet to our kids. not too far from grocery store and subway.

this hotel specifically for the indoor pool as we have two little kids

the shuttle, staff, cleanliness.

i spent 4 days early dec 2016 with my family of 4 kids and husband

staff was very friendly and helpful i came with my two little kids and they help a lot all the time and the

breakfast bar well stocked and food was good

maybe need hotel room service, a nice light and good menu

like there are no facilities (gym, pool, outdoor sitting space) but generally it was a good stay

the manger was treble they asked for $50 for early check in

the pool was on the small size but adequate.

lot of teenage kids running around the property with no supervision

a little far away from my grand-kids , but worth the drive t the north shore

bar and restaurant are on the third floor attic space with no elevator and limited choices for

-rooms -staff -wifi not working in the bedroom
