the art deco nature of staying somewhere so grand was a real treat for the kids
should make an effort to seat families and kids is a reserved section of the restaurant

went when there was a teen soccer tournament and place was filled with annoying kids everywhere

pool was great but because it isn't monitored the whirlpool was full of kids even though the sign said no one
the 45 minute allotted pool time per family should be mentioned before booking as my kids were excited to swim
kids running up and down the halls screaming and slamming doors all night
had a large rust spot that was painted over and mold in the corners, so don t count on that for kids
rooms to hot. was told maintenance guy would come . never did. kids had asthma attacks

my room wasn't available. they said i had an upgrade but my kids had to sleep on a couch bed.

detail that i did not like was because breakfast ended at 10am, i was still in the table with my kids and the
right behind us was a busload of kids (actually there were 3 busloads) - young boys - that completely overran
of board games and movies on the website, which heavily influenced my decision to bring my kids there
my only criticism would be that the breakfast area was too crowded with bus loads of kids
we had all the free water we could handle kids loved it

bedroom has a large bed, twin beds are up on a mezzanine so not ideal for kids
if the wifi could be faster would be perfect
wifi could have been included with the price (was provided for $10 extra)
wifi is low as expected.
