my kids were totally impressed with their breakfast choices and with how nice the breakfast / lounge

was not cleaned properly, no shampoo, only decaf coffee in room, pool was freezing for the kids

felt very personable, loved that they put a a little dessert for my kids birthday

thin walls- able to hear doors shutting from other rooms nearby and down the hall, loudly hear kids and adults

asked for an early check in and was told it would be $50 for the housekeeping staff’s efforts

we had 2 kids there competing in a sports event, and the kids had to be up early, so it really impacted

breakfast was a bit poor with no hot chocolate for the kids, all sweetness and not much salted

i stayed with my kids one night i have to book a different hotel for the rest of the trip

door closed very quick and sensors are not detecting kids lobby has only 2 single

access to wem without having to wear winter clothes or take taxis; and kids could easily go back to room if they

convenience for us no need to drive far and my kids enjoying the store coz the hotel was inside the mall awesome

space theme room was spotless and the kids enjoyed the room so much that they did not want to leave the room
