so kids are charged extra even if staying on the same bedding
it s a short walk to the beach and basketball courts as well, which our kids loved
the last day the weather cooperated but a ton of kids came in and we felt like there wasn t enough space

found there to be to many kids. definitely a family resort not for couples

the atmosphere of the hotel and the staff were all super nice. the bar was also great!
we ordered room service two times and the food was hot, delicious and so quick to arrive
should be a sign with the extension number to the bar to call for poolside drinks/dining
booked here mostly for the spa which there was no availability in so we paid extra for off premises spa amentities

the afternoon tea was lovely and the farm-to-table breakfast was delicious

dirty unkept unfriendly not great for kids
front desk is managed by an uncaring staff of college kids

staff provided water balloons, face paints, and other activities for the kids who
in addition the sleeper couch was not prepared for our kids
were a few families in the hotel so a little noisy with kids running in the corridors and outside the window
pool was key to keep my kids happy which made me happier

large common areas (kitchen, living room and family room)

party, pool closes early, price charged for food near pool and lots of unsupervised wild and loud kids
is not well insulated so we could hear kids running around starting 6am every morning and throughout the
pool is nice, and surrounding area quiet and peaceful

but apperently there was a hokey tournament with a bunch of kids under 10 running around
