a pool almost at every building
to get to the hotel you have to wait for a golf cart or van to come take you as you're a bit far but we walked
it took 15 minutes to walk to main hotel or longer to the water park and shuttle to their private beach
swimming pools to choose from, a water park with slides and a lazy river
we would've liked to have food service at the pool but that wasn't an option but there were plenty of restaurants

spacious room with great balcony view. amazing pools. lots of activities for kids
the kids club is basic and poor, there are no evening entertainment as shows and parties
air-conditioner maybe about the covid, but the place need more facilities for kids
didn t like how the kids were able to be at the swim up bar i wish they sectioned that off for adults only
the pool is huge--perfect for small kids and adults alike (little shallow coves for little ones)

they lost our bags before we left for the airport and we were hence late, and at pool and restaurant service
request room service 3 times ! they can t fix the problem
they need to spice it up and the second choice you had for the evening was just bar food in the bar restaurant

i loved the expansiveness of the pool and there was no shortage of chairs, towels, or shade (when needed)

it takes about 5-7 minutes, but the beach is great - no waves and smooth sand- great for kids
wasn t sure what to expect for the happy hour snacks but bringing the kids was hoping for more of a variety

the kids loved the pool area which had a waking pool, a pool and a hot tub

stayed 1 night with kids after cruise
many kids at the pool and in the hot tub, which led me not to spend much time in that area
so if sleeping 4 adults or bigger kids, it may pose a small issue

the beach is to stron for kids
was more of a family resort with a lot of kids running around, i prefer more of a younger crowd but it was nice

beach doesn t have a lifeguard, my kids almost drown and the 2 staff members that were there didn t help,
doesn t even compare to la concha, definitely recommending and definitely coming back with the kids next time

a/c did not properly through our unit (presidential suite) the living room and kids room the units leaked to
), and there was a condensation drip that continuously landed on the sofa bed/blanket, which my kids kept
pool looks dangerous for my 6 year old, i recommend adding a fence to the front or don t allow kids
when we arrived my kids didn t want to leave the room

love that so close to airport and casio in the lobby have a hold game area for the kids to play
so if you plan on coming with kids, i would choose a different hotel
