people were often gathered smoking right outside the hotel which was a major downside for my kids walking in

possibly come up with was quite a few families staying there and unfortunately you could hear kids running down

my kids loved being there

kids enjoyed the heated pool

and the kids were very messy at the breakfast also and rude

very family friendly, my kids loved the pool and basketball court

room is by the stairwell and everyone pounds up and down the stairs with their dogs and kids and the bedroom

i was traveling alone with kids, and the staff were very attentive and helpful to me

i think it was late arrivals from the airport with a bunch of kids - sounded like they were playing soccer with

friendly, spacious room, nice kitchenette, wonderful continental breakfast, hot tub, gym &

too early for breakfast

there were not many breakfast choices, but what i had was good.

shuttle was perfect - but you have to call ahead from the airport

room service was a great value for the dollar

good gym & pool

the heated indoor pool was fantastic for the kids

downstairs was being remodeled, so kids were disappointed the pool was closed, but would definitely go back

friendly staff, close to our kids and shopping

also, there were groups of disorderly school kids staying throughout the hotel in need of parental supervision

we all dressed for the pool, 2 kids included, and went looking for the pool that didn't exist
