friendly staff, close to our kids and shopping

also, there were groups of disorderly school kids staying throughout the hotel in need of parental supervision

downstairs was being remodeled, so kids were disappointed the pool was closed, but would definitely go back

we all dressed for the pool, 2 kids included, and went looking for the pool that didn't exist

the heated indoor pool was fantastic for the kids

more kids channels on the tv.

our room was clean and a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids

could use more kids options on the tv

the two rooms were nice also the living space for the kids.

loved how it was downtown, close to all the stores, shops, restaurants and fun for the kids

room even though we chose 2 adults and 2 kids space was barely good for one person

tiny room for the price, not for family, and dosen't have swimming pools for kids

room was very small, the bath towels were dirty, and there nothing for kids to do there

pool or entertainment for kids at the hotel

quiet rooms except for the adjoining room, i had very loud, screaming young kids next to mine and it made it

pet fee of $87

there was not bath tub but a nice shower nice bar we enjoyed the hot pretzels loved it there

no laundry except between 8am and 5pm, the rooms are old and uncomfortable and breakfast/ eggs and

gym was not very good

designated pet area was dark at night.

hotel in the states i ever had, i love everything pool, breakfast, snacks, wine in the afternoon

having the complimentary breakfast and use of the pool, but totally understand the covid 19 restrictions

parking was easy; grocery and restaurants are located close by and amenities great

pet friendly. great location. beautiful property.
