value for money, really friendly staff, everything was clean, the bar downstairs had a good vibe to it
the free wifi was easy to set up and very useful, along with the tv
room and facilities were clean, the breakfast was really nice and the staff went out of their way to be helpful
the owner of the hotel was really friendly, and the staff in the bar was super nice
lively bar but quiet room and very well fitted.

those driving larger cars, like suvs, the parking can be a bit tight is the parking area is busy - this is
if we were pushed to find something it would be the size of the spa
breakfast was very good from the fresh fruit to the cooked to order breakfast

and the kids room leading off of the main bedroom didn't have a
place - i would advise families that room 2 is noisy especially if you have kids that sleep on the bunk beds as
we realized the second day that we were located over the laundry room
great bar and breakfast in the morning was brilliant

having said we didn't complain because it was just nice to have a night away from the kids
pool was very busy with noisy children on the first day, and the hotel had changed the kids swimming times
hotel, staff and four poster room only ruined by bad parents allowing their kids to jump off the bed and run
the grounds, the facilities, especially the pool which was open to kids at specific times
fantastic stay with the kids. really spacious room and fabulous surroundings

wifi is non existent, could be loud at night as the pub was under my window but this did not

at how many kids were there as it seems like a grown up hotel
kids loved the family room as they had a whole floor (and telly) to themselves

s hard to say but if i had a negative point, there was a lot of kids staying that splashed in the pool and
kids not being able to use spa
location and staff service are very good. every staff keeping smile and very kind to kids.
the open fireplace was an absolute winner
the staff was friendly and accommodation. the bar service was excellent too!

dinner, which is on the expensive side, they let little kids dine there with their ipads with kid s entertainment
