we notify front desk and maintenance team tried to clean it, but was not enough to let my kids go in

compared to 5 star hotels in europe for example, they even overcharged us excesivelly for kids
room was by the bar and in the evening it was very noisy there also was a ted talk at the dining area which made
shower pressure and temp control. a/c not working consistently, pool area very small.
we loved the staff and spa emplyees everyone there is so nice and helpfull.
they serve great and hot cappuccino for breakfast and the mexican food at 'moxy' is outstanding!
