our family of four did not sleep well even with adults sharing beds with kids, because the sheets didn t
lost our reservation but the staff was able to give us our rooms back and because we were with kids they give
kids making noise in hallway at midnight
the kids were cranky after a flight and we planned to take them to the pool before dinner however there
place to stay overnight with kids after a long trip with late arrival at night

but they had a starbucks in the hotel with very limited items on the menu especially for kids
2 adults ate freel and 2 kids although it was evident that we had 4 adults
were bummed that the bar wasn't open but that's covid for ya

my kids enjoyed themselves and was happy to be able to connect to netflix on the tv
smoke smell throughout the hallways and in our room as well as being able to hear a team full of kids playing

didn't like that the pool was freezing even they say it was heated

too many kids in the pool and the water looked interesting, i wish the outdoor pool was open.
kids were allowed in the indoor pool at night where they dived and splashed water all over
i slept the night away and evens through there was an event going on with many kids in the lobby honestly did

hotel to stay with kids for their first visit to new- york
kind of hard for little kids to sleep with that going on
my kids just looked out the window in awe of the manhattan skyline, statue of liberty, and jersey
friendly staffs,they are very helpful and understanding, i travel with my kids and they make it so easy for us
the rooms were spacious and comfortable and there was a pool and gym for the kids to wind down

kids loved the large pool
it was wonderful to have a clean pool for the kids, hot tub was nice too. room was great
