the staff were wonderful, and, the bar was lots of fun
reservations super early in the bar so there were 10 tables reserved and empty for hours

the location is perfect for business trip, visiting college kids, or just a staycation

and some kind of kids cup besides a coffee cup would be nice
but never really overflowed asked for 1st floor away from traffic, put us on 2nd floor near laundry and elevators
the pool was not available, the gym was not available, the elevators kept going out and when you are handicapped
the beds were comfortable and the wifi was great.

my kids loved the pool area
the pool for the kids was the best part. hotel was clean and staff was great.
hotel to stay in dallas near the city with a waterpark and everything for kids and several restaurants inside
i brought my kids for a one-night staycation before school starts, and everything was excellent from beginning

keys replaced 6x they would only work once then no more it was a pain not just for me but for the kids and front
room service was very disappointing. food was cold and soggy
wish the bar area was open sooner than 3:00pm
pool hours sucked, should stay open later and open earlier

to charge for hotel wifi in 2017

not because of the price, but, because after an 8hr drive with kids in the back seat
i had to sleep on the floor so my fiancee and kids could share the two
had an early flight so trying to feed kids before we left but not have to dress and go downstairs to restaurant

my kids couldn t enjoy the pool because a lot of people smoking around the pool area
also the kids next to my room were playing loud music ,the boy starting beating on the girl and then a big
did not feel like arguing with the desk staff after a lengthy drive and evening with my wife and kids
need better selection of food for kids
me and my kids would have been stranded 3 hours from our home

room faced the pool on the 9th floor (we were on 17th) and at like 1030 there were kids in it and you could hear
i do not recommend for a family with younger kids
we had two rooms 1 for kids and one for me and husband me in hubby stayed in room 1035 i believe it was hole
but it's a good thing for it to be shaded if you have kids
garbage juice and the pool was closed which was the whole point of going to this hotel for my kids 16th birthday

by noon there was no room for our kids to enjoy it due to a lot of young

our kids go to their dad's every summer and the loft made it for a nice send
the shuttle service was excellent.
also one of the shuttles had no step up for those with disabilities
staff was very friendly and professional. room service was decent. location was perfect.
