wifi too weak to be of use, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room
there is a pleasant outdoor bar area in the castle gardens just outside the wall, and beautiful views if you
not get anyone to serve us a drink in the outdoor bar area - took half an hour and 2 trips to reception to get
the bar menu and room service were good
the very helpful staff on reception and amazing room service.

the automatic shower at the entrance also turns on upon exit which is not ideal especially with kids coming in
we got take-out from the restaurant to bring to our room for our kids as they served it on a nice serving
the dinner options for the family, i found the restaurant too posh to be there with kids, maybe there is another
i was a bit confused about the kids indoor park, there was nobody in there during operating hours and i was
hours for the kids park to be open, we wished that the info on that was visible somewhere on booking
