the gifts for the kids on arrival were a lovely touch as were the balloon, cakes etc for my birthday
by me with proof of email confirmation stating that room rate quoted was including the two kids, they referred
the spa was perfect for a quick break while the children enjoyed an hour at the incredible kids club which was
amazing decor, the kids menu was amazing, the breakfast was brilliant.
my daughter fell in love with the kids club team so we are definitely coming back

hotel, near busy road, tiny swimming pool for 150 room big hotel, kids were not allowed to swimming pool because
charged wrong amount for kids breakfast which i discovered by chance and then corrected
noisy. rooms and kids playing on the corridor all the time until late pm.
tiny and poorly explained that it s like a leisure centre in the way that the pool was full of kids
