the staff was excellent! very friendly. heated pool was a big hit with the kids.

upstairs guests were loud with kids running across the floor
also, kids were up and playing in the garden area at 7 am, waking us up early
if you don t want kids under 3 years old just let people know and i book a different hotel
the upper level guest had kids and they were jumping at late night

front desk person was very helpful in explaining about the inn, and the wifi, and showed us to the room
with my 2 service dogs (huskies) and out 2 small dogs, i can say i have never seen a place so pet friendly as
you can't control the heating and the wifi was hard to connect to.
we was there for a sports event and enjoyed the short drive to pebble beach and spyglass golf courses

we are here for july 4th holiday and hotel had lot of activities planned for the kids
they have a lot of kids/family entertainments

balconies if you have small kids,chair outside is dangerous for kids to climb and go over so easily
