menu is not a lot of items for kids
the casitas (standard rooms) have 2 x small doubles in them - too small to share for me and my 2 kids for a few
our casita was on the lower level- every morning we were awakened at 7 am by the family above us- kids running
fireplace was exceptional and enhanced my experience
no spa for us on our honeymoon

the grounds are pretty and my kids loved the pools. we enjoyed dining at la hacienda.

a really fun place to bring kids
it was great to be able to use the pools in the spa hotel as well with the kids, although everything else auch
sleeper sofa was great for our kids and it was nice to have a separate bedroom with privacy
the rooms had a mini kitchen made things easier with kids
was a huge concern: the hair in the tub, the dead bugs everywhere and then the fact that our kids kept waking

decided on a staycation before the kids started school and needless to say we will never do it again

barbara was the nicest person you could meet. kids loved the waffle bar
there was an incident in the pool where one of my kids found possible feces, the pool was never shut down
too much noise from the room upstairs. kids running.

we had had 3 kids and a king-sized suite and stayed 3 nights
