we did a spa day and it was incredible
the staff was absolutely amazing! the spa staff just as nice
spa amenities for couples, add a jacuzzi, & room service cleaning was not always prompt to clean
ocean, the adirondack chairs for lounging on the beautiful grounds - the food was delicious, and room service

lobby fireplace in saturday night, including ice cream (brought courtesy of the manager) for our kids (after we
the kids running the halls, the young ladies hooting it up at midnight
put me in a corner where there was two families that were together with kids
were refused food service :( the extremely nice and apologetic bartender went to check with the kitchen
my fiance and i love getting room service and breakfast in bed when we travel and that was not an option near

i went there with 2 kids was hoping to go swimming thats why i booked 2 rooms
walkway and handicapped parking was not shoveled good
of the guests would linger in the parking lots smoking all day
little difficult to get out of the parking lot at times, but not a big deal if you allow an extra couple minutes
brown bag breakfast is ludicrous
