great location and not full of kids at the pool
was outside the hotel we had to walk in the cold for about 30 meters and it is difficult with the kids as you
wanted quiet relaxation in the jacuzzi one evening, but there were young kids splashing around
kids really enjoyed the pool/hot tub area and we were able to use the bonfire one night

didn't have kids this time but was a fun girl trip
like the room just like home, its really good for family outing, the pool is great to my kids love it

booked mostly because of the pool for our kids to play and only booked a 1 night stay - we were told by staff
pull out couch was broken but that was acceptable even though we had to pay extra for having our kids with us
access to a kids pool and hot tub. walking distance to downtown canmore.

a second bedroom for the kids
had kids ranging in age from 11-18 and all loved the pool and game room:) all staff were so nice

been there before and they used to have a kids splash area in the pool area
laughed as our family was literally just sitting around the kitchen table playing cards with our kids, the staff
only thing we didn t like we were on the first floor and had people above us that had kids that kept running

the complimentary coffee machine also made hot chocolate for the kids
a suite with beds in one room and living area in another, was nice for entertaining different age kids
our daughter's family was with us with three small kids and they all enjoyed the stay as well
my kids especially appreciated not having to share a bed
liked the room layout, having a separate area to sit while the kids slept in the other room was wonderful

hour room service helps with jetlagged children, indoor pool open until 10pm for kids and 11pm for adults and
way to make our little guy feel special and fed even though its an adult environment with no real kids menu
star experience and the view is amazing, staff is amazing, kids loved the ice rink in the outside foyer area
sitting service wasn't great as the baby sitter we got didn't do a good job taking care of the kids

kids loved the waterpark and we loved the style of the room, so much space for our family of 5

there is nothing much for kids so a tiny play area would have been good
location was out of the way so less busy, hot tub for the kids, had a gym for a quick workout
though i was there with family, i didn t find it appropriate to be asking my kids names

this happened even though i had asked for a quiet room in advance because if the kids
i initially booked a room that will be suitable for my family of four, including two small kids
they provided us with microwave on request without any hesitation for warming kids food and bottles

have someone enforce the rule as we did not love being splashed in the face by obnoxious little kids
