we were also disappointed that the pool was 2km away as the photos lead one to assume it is in the grounds
the swimming pool is not there and you have to take the car to get there
secure parking and a good size room with some quirky features
having secure parking for the van we were using, made it even more ideal

the receptionists were very very helpful the pool was also very good
wasn t a spa for treatments and the pool was outdoor only so no chance to swim in the cooler months

asked for adjoining rooms because of the kids staying with us
room service is poor - tried to call them and until the 3 times picking up just at 21:00
we arrived on a sunday and the restaurant was not open but we were able to have room service
wouldn't say we didn't like it as there was so much on the door step anyway, but restaurant and bar were closed

goya hotel is a classical style spanish hotel with modern equipment (airco, wifi)

this seems to be a common thing in spain but even little kids didn't want to go in
kids delighted with the pool - perfect way to cool down
the pool is really cold especially for kids, and the garage is outdated
it was nice and spacious, enough for 4 adults and 2 kids
pool made a huge difference to the kids and the location is very central

2 rooms (kids room and another family member has same issue) had doors that didn't close on their own
the pool was small and some tiles were broken, and we saw some debris in the water (the kids had fun though)
it is more likely a kids pool but nothing for adults
the location was unbeatable, the room amazing and 100mbps wifi!
whilst we did not use the roof-top plunge pool, it did look very inviting
