in a family room but only 1 mug. kids bed was uncomfortable.
wasn't a kids food menu for dinner and the choices on the main menu were too pricy to pay for a child to eat
sofa bed for kids was really uncomfortable and both refused to sleep on it - i did and i agree it was awful
as some points in time i struggled to get my baby out my car due to other cars parked close to my kids door and
booked a room with sofa beds for kids but we were givn a room with only a double bed

wifi not strong enough so didn t reach our bedroom
were straight out to greet us and take our luggage, poured drinks for us in our room, organised room service as
great and friendly service - early check in and very efficient
we feel the place has improved even further and set an even higher bar
the noise coming from the staff in the bar at 1am on a wednesday night

returning for a long day out on saturday i came into a party with dj and loud disco music, kids sitting on the
wifi wasnt brilliant and a bit slow but for a night it wasnt a real issue

clean comfy and the staff are friendly and helpful the breakfast was really good to kids enjoyed it

the sofa bed was very hard for my kids
the kids running riot up and down the corridors til midnight and before 7am
there was a wedding downstairs and there was alot of noise from kids running in the corridors.
the guests were constantly coming into the public area with kids running about & screaming lots of shouting
