breakfast was available, hot chocolate for the kids and wonderful library

my kids enjoyed it

staff were gracious and helpful - we had fun watching the outdoor movie and making smokes - the kids loved it

had putting green and bocce ball, both great for young kids

it's too bad that the pool isn't heated, some families with kids might be disappointed by this.

poor or no wi-fi in the common areas, i heated pool, no hot water one of the nights

the grounds were so beautiful and well maintained, the pool area was delightful, and in general it was a relaxing

such a high-end place, their communications with us were quite bad: they messed up our spa appointment and it

spa has no relaxation area or formal waiting room- there was room for only 2 people to sit by the

friendly staff, very clean and kids loved the pool and smores.

my husband and i stayed in the queen size bedroom and kids on the other room with two twin beds

not a huge problem for us; if i had little kids with me, might have been harder

the kids loved the nightly s mores that were provided by the fire pit and all the floaties and water

we are a family with two little kids, spend two nights there

both nights we could hear kids jumping, running around until 2am

noise across the street in the tree area by the sidewalk one of the nights by vagrants and their kids running

the walls are thin, we had neighbors who came to party with kids on tote

we could hear the kids fighting, crying, music, tv, and trying to open and knock on the connecting door

they should keep the pool for guests as too many kids in the pool to swim

the spoon bar restaurant was very minimalistic and was not a welcoming environment

free bicycles & the pool was heated as advertised even though i didn't have a chance to to use it

to a gym would have been nice since it was still a bit cold to uae the outdoor pool

have liked to have a coffee bar available downstairs in the morning

for example, only one washcloth and one very small bar of soap were provided in the bathroom

friendly throughout our stay, the service was very good, and we especially enjoyed the relaxed bar area

the room was nice but not spectacular and the pool, though not used by us, seemed small for a resort of this

weight staff in the bar and restaurant were not attentive and friendly

we opted for breakfast in the room and i have to say that was one of the best decisions we made

the only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up
