my kids was able to get in the pool whenever they liked to

the kids was knocking on the door at 2 am and the parents not watching their kids
they school close pool to kids from 8pm until 10 for adults 18 and up
kids in the pool from open to close . i think there should be an adult hour form 8pm to close
