no pool! my kids were so disappointed!

told the front desk we were on the same floor with a lot of kids and they were noisy, they moved us to the

i came with three kids & a lot of luggage and the checkin process was quick

in the room so after a late check in we had to wait for these to be delivered in order to get kids to sleep

manager brought out a wagon of toys for my kids. very thoughtful.

building and rooms, no light (except in gym, which is very small), small lobby lounge, expensive relative to
