breakfast buffet was eggcellent! kids enjoyed the pool!
location was decent. only a quick trip with my kids to see a concert but all was well.
staff was fantastic, they treated me and my three kids so wonderfully

the bathtub was spotless and i felt comfortable enough to let my kids bathe in it
the complementary breakfast was good, jacuzzi was nice & hot my kids loved it
i like the big space to have breakfast. the menu was good, there were good option for kids.
i do not think the staff was equipped to deal with all those kids
kids like indoor pool. family like the breakfast they offer. over all we enjoy our stay.

quite stressful for us, especially that it was 1 am and our small kids were almost asleep on the lounge sofa
for the price, it would have been nice to be able to enjoy swimming with our kids
they were even able to get us clean laundry with their dry cleaning service on christmas eve
also, a very nice gym
our room is underneath the laundry room, omg, washer and dryer roaring for all the day

they didn t have the room size i booked so some of my kids had to sleep on the floor
beds were messy when we got there, the people were so loud we were not able to sleep at all, and kids kept
have to pay for my dog to stay at room attendance policy has to be change my dog is my kid and kids stay free
so were the hallways and the gym(s)
it was clean, good amenities with the bar and starbucks

great for kids though
i could hear kids running down the hall, doors slamming, and the airplanes landing
handled the concerns with the kids running down the hall and slamming doors immediately
the hot tub ! pool for the kids .
room was comfortable and facilities were great (kids managed an early morning swim before our departure)

very bad beds hurt my kids and wife back and mine
staying with myself and two kids and had room for everyone with the king and sofa bed
clean; excellent for family with kids where the whole family can enjoy in the clean swimming pool and whirlpool
easy airport access with free shuttle.
no 'freebies'. no free breakfast or coffee. but there was a free shuttle to the airport.

it was good just a lot of kids in the pool when we first went
my beginner-swim kids had a great time using the pool (but see below)
big-it's basically a kiddie pool, measuring 4 ft at the deep end and comfortably fitting maybe 6 kids at once
pool room stunk like mold so the kids wouldn t swim

instead we had to transport kids and luggages to the nearby hyatt to park and ride to airport
they also didn't have any waffles, which made my kids a little sad
pool was big and warm, our room was on the 8th floor with windows on both sides so our little kids loved looking
we enjoyed the suite set up that allowed a space for the kids to keep busy
also when we went down for a swim the pool had been invaded by screaming kids, running and jumping in the pool

to use the hot tub, it was full of 10 year old kids screaming and yelling, never got to use it, very disappointed
many kids making noise
kids and myself were disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool
i couldn t even let my kids in out of the pool unless an adult was holding their hands the
on the sides, people were stripping and drinking liquor from a bottle in the hot tub, screening kids in the pool

beautiful courtyard and good size pool for the kids
there were kids running up and down the hall way pass my room from 9:30 pm until 12:45 am
breakfasts wasn't worth the money to high and the kids didn't like it
i like the ability to schedule my kids swimming times. it really helped with planning.

down to the front desk and the guy told me he told the attendant that it would be 2 adults and 2 kids well then
allowed pets, the room was clean and open and very comfy for my family with two kids and a small dog

we were able to eat in the adjoining bar and the food and service was good but there was no heat in the hotel
went down to the bar the first night and the gentleman at the bar was very accommodating with the ice, the

we met very kids here but is very silent and great hotel
