husband and i stayed here for a night away from the kids
smelt like trash going through the halls and kids running everywhere glad i didn t stay

when asked, we received hal-hour later a thin blanked which didn t keep kids warm enough so that they didn
of my kids has food allergies and although there were other options to order from on the menu, it was a
my kids are very picky and i paid 1650 for them to have fruit and bread
the restaurant and bar were not very impressive and the wait staff was not attentive.
our room service dinner was excellent

there were tons of kids in the hot tub, shouting and splashing
smelled fresh , very clean and quiet despite all the kids because of pool
room was right next to the pool and the noise from all of the kids screaming and playing in the pool was
relaxing the hrs for the pool i love because it gave me and my family time in with out a lot of kids or
came for the kids to swim always too crowded

the vault bar was the best bar i have ever been to
every person we encountered from wait staff, bar tenders to housekeeping staff were amazing
fireplace didn't work. some tables needed dusted off.
nice big clean room with a large tub. fireplace was a nice touch and linens were all clean.
room service was incredibly over priced.

i believe our balcony door was unlocked when we arrived, but the security bar was down so i wasn't alarmed
we arrived for breakfast as the kitchen was closing. the staff member served us anyway.
free self parking. breakfast items were pricey and we did not eat there.

t attentive, building was decrepit, they charged $200 deposit and there was nothing in the mini bar or snacks
in room breakfast was excellent
the bed was great nice tv room service was great
had i been alone, i never would have paid the >$750 (plus pet fee) for the room
nice corner view breakfast was excellent
