my kids enjoyed the pool thoroughly and i wish we could spend more time in it

the pool area is best- not if u have kids though.
torrevieja but i kept the booking at this hotel as i thought the pool would be available for the kids
size of the room, the 5th floor with different facilities: kids play room, gym, jacuzzi and
size rooms and with the adjourning rooms for the kids, we had plenty of space
a soft play area for toddlers and they would enjoy the pool but otherwise there is nothing for kids at the hotel

we had early check in and guy from reception helped a lot , even with poor knowledge of english
choice of eating in a hotel dining room but we chose the bustling, friendly bar (same menu)

everyone at the hotel was very child friendly and went out of their way to make our kids feel welcome
rooms, the floor tiles were very effective & unusual (had not seen anything like them before) the spa bath in
rooms were very spacious and spa bath in the room is amazing
some of spa facilities did not work

from a refurbishing - water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom - two parks nearby where kids meet up, which
we had no meals or drinks in the hotel as we met friends but bar and dining areas looked very smart and welcoming
unwelcoming bar and dining facilities.
also , after staying in many nh with my pet and having no issues this hotel was not very pet friendly
quiet and the staff is great great breakfast and incredible value for money even had a cute gym it s good

we were unlucky with noisy neighbors and it made for a somewhat awkward time with our kids
we were 4 so my husband and i with our 2 kids
room next to the lift was very noisy, people walking past talking loudly all night and kids running down the

there are no restrictions in place on where the children can swim and the hotel has a kids club (although
pools were over crowded and lots of kids splashing around and noisy
place , geothermal waters and the pool area, ourselves and the kids love this place
fantastic pool and spa complex for all year round visits
you cross over the road ( not busy) to hotel termal for breakfast

main pools are good and perfect to enjoy with kids
the main thermal baths are open to the public, were overcrowded and felt like a pleasure park for kids
the staff were very friendly and accommodating. loved the spa facilities and treatments.

also dinner is quite late if you are with kids 20:00 or 20:30 in near restaurant
