one of the desk clerks tried to claim my 15 and 13 year old kids were grown

bug there was no breakfast that me and my kids was looking forward too room smells so badd i love best western
those traps should not have been sitting on a windowsill where kids can touch it

nice pool for kids
my kids loved the breakfast
it didn't bother me a lot but my kids it did lol
everything except parking and the maids were knocking on your door a hour before checking out

kids running up and down the halls
( i was traveling with my husband and 3 kids) when i asked the staff about the mix up they were rude disrespectful
it was the worst thing because we would get home late with our two kids and need to quickly shower them and
nice checkin experience and shuttle to braves game is great!
room was very clean and comfortable. the pool was awesome! staff was extremely helpful.

we took our kids to the indoor pool and they enjoyed swimming and hanging out in the hot tub
the hotel itself is near many attractions if you bring kids or just wanna take a walk.

first time at the hilton was very disappointing for our date night away from the kids

fridge in the room and a microwave at least so we could of made popcorn or even something for the kids to eat
not the hotels fault but there were kids running around banging on walls.
didn t like that the king room didn t hv the balcony but the double room that my kids were in did have the

top was for valet but i was able to park there on sunday the thing that made me mad is i had my kids my son is
that was a bummer for the kids who were looking forward to it and were only able to use it 1 day
living area with tv & a sectional sofa (w/pullout bed) which made a perfect space for the kids
two rooms in a hotel with two kids is awesome
sofa in the suite was stained and my kids did see a bed bug on that sofa.

system kept crashing and it took 20+ minutes to check in after 8 hrs on the road with 2 exhausted kids

part of the problem for us is she did not know where our room was - so we went - my kids and self - dragging
our hallway was so loud after 1am. it sounded like unsupervised kids and i did not sleep well.
vinyl was ripped and found a bug in our room the next morning and a lot of the college kids were staying in
