pool towels poor quality needing renewed menu was exactly the same but standard of cooking was not
low-key live music in bar - not too loud to bother guests in rooms
friendly staff throughout the hotel, delicious food and a wide choice at breakfast and also at dinner
maybe i missed it, but a little map of the ground floor showing how to access the breakfast area
the staff are really friendly and helpful. the rooms are lovely and the golf was great.

animation team is the best i've seen in years, our kids absolutely loved them
selection for kids was even worse, staff did their best but restaurant was overcrowded and hot we ended up
the kids club didn't have enough staff, one lady looking after about 13 kids, just not enough
the night entertainment with young kids was brilliant, our daughter who is 2
they have a nice small beach perfect for kids

the kids and adult games were great
my daughter was the only spanish girl at the pool and the kids activities were hard for her

daughter loved the staff at the kids club and the mini disco and shows after
kids club is a godsend for families like us with one child
it has swimming pools, entertainment for the children ie kids club, sports recreation like mini golf, tennis
entertainments were really good especially for kids

i have kids so i understand but not if we booked adults only
when they did move us they gave us a room opposite the kids play area
kids loved the kids klub the pools, area & was perfect for us all in all we would definitely staff
at night was entirely based on keeping families with kids happy to the exclusion of anyone else which meant that
many kids are playing ball or jumping in on top of you

the kids club staff had limited english, and only full-day sessions ( 20) are available, with no

excellent reception staff, evening entertainment was loved by our kids
ceiling in several places - food is ok, but isn t great, no evening entertainment, and kids just running wild
the number of pools, the food, room, closeness to the beach, kids club and mini disco.

it was very loud in the evenings where i had my room, because of the evening animations for kids, but this will
all ok, but there were 2 individuals (came with kids and wifes) that i was not far from showing them their way
and kids entertainment is limited
