excellent facilities, pool, grounds, everything so clean and well kept
pets allowed in dining room, therefore had dinner from room service menu in our small room
the setting is really beautiful, not too big and the pool magnificent (quiet, calm, relaxing)

were a wedding going on, so noise was coming from everywhere, couldn t sleep because of the kids noise, and
you can hear every person coming back to the room or kids screaming and the toilet flush was extremely loud

rooms good size for a family, we had 4 kids in one room
kids club from surrounding neighbourhood took over the pool and the entire terrace in the morning
location and surprisingly modern hotel, breakfast was amazing, pool area looked great but we were just passing
a stocked mini bar would be nice

there is a lovely small swimming pool more like a large bathtub where the kids had great fun
booked this one because of pool but pool was not working, was big let down for kids,
there is a fireplace and we had a great time sitting near it
cycling are the major reasons to come here, or just relaxing in the hotel environment around the pool, admiring
not many choice in bar and basic breakfast.

decorated, nice pool, very comfortable room with good air con and balcony with views over the
lady who took mostly care of us (she welcomed us on arrival, took care of us at breakfast, gave us useful tips
the room service menu was from 1pm to 9pm but the cook was not due to arrive until 8pm

the wifi in the room is not good
the wifi service wasn't so well, and also there was a private apartment close to my hotel window
wifi slow speed sometime just 1mbs, got video call with a client.

paintings and decorations in the hotel is slightly questionable when traveling with curious kids
and a bar on site would have made my rating a 5 but i can see that space is the issue

we didn't get the bottle of fizz and chocs as stated in the blurp just some kids sweets but we couldn't be
