the staff was very rude to my kids

they say they have nothing only a 1 bed room so me and my husband stayed on floor so our young kids could sleep

during a flu pamdemic this was really stressful and having two young kids under the age of 4 this wasn't what

nothing done got another room but it was the same thing staff unprofessional told me and my kids to leave after

was non existent, kids just ate cereal, the coffee taste like water

hear the alarm clock go off for about 15 mins next door, kids running in the hallway and being noisy and other

my grand kids loved that lobby looked

we took the kids to the heated indoor pool

the pool pool was under renovations, but that s understandable

great value! we had 3 grandkids and 3 adult kids with us, very good facility! will stop again

did not get room service offered, if we wanted replacement beverages we had to ask worst of all nobody

complimentary breakfast would have been ok

were 6 of us so i just wanted to let the office know in the morning instead of getting all the kids up and moving

drunk people at the pool were weird with my kids

would have gave me a heads up when the hotel issues happened instead of having a show with three kids at 1:00

we only slept bc we drove 8 hours to get here after a weeklong road trip with 2 weary kids

room shape, beds, overall standard, staff i expected a clean room as i traveled with little kids, so this was

maybe kids jumping off the beds onto the floor

pool was not good, did not look clean!!
