great location, love the proximity to the beach. easy to stay with kids.

the room with two beds was perfect for my two small kids because the beds were close to the floor

which was a big problem for us because we have 2 kids and they can t swim in the ocean so luckily my in-laws

kids loved the pool and the fact that we were so close to the beach

we had 3 children with us and they were great with kids and they loved the s mores

space, amazing service and delicious breakfast rooms are great and the lawn was perfect for the kids

so much space for enjoying the grounds and having kids play

continental breakfast fruit plate was nice, and the staff accommodated those that wanted to enjoy their

wasn't anything we didn't like, but i wish the breakfast included some simple warm dishes vs

but the worst was the noise from the bar, which is too central, and kept going 90 mins past the supposed 11pm

great restaurant and included breakfast was delicious!

and the restaurant and bar area is worth a visit even if you do not stay overnight

the bar/lounge area was cozy by the fireplaces and the dogs were a plus

beach area is tiny but was nice the kids had a blast on the kayaks

received noise complaints about my girlfriend s dog barking yet the kids and people next to us were constantly

hosted a movie night while we were staying with s mores and popcorn: great idea for all the kids

staff friendly but not very professional- room service limited- not luxury quality in that sense

what one pays even if the establishment is sub par but to have terrible service is attrocious - spa was terrible

cars, trucks and ambulance all the time, must keep windows close - no late room

gym never had clean towels and was dirty on all three occasions we visited it

we didn't eat in the restaurant, but ordered room service

love that the local kids were given jobs for the summer

we really enjoyed the pool, kayaks, and the beautiful views

over priced, expensive to get to (ferry), at this price point they should include breakfast.
