wifi worked well and i enjoyed breakfasts in the morning
of their way to help us - we had lost a bag and they retrieved it for us, they took care of our laundry while

so i found it hard to understand why they put people with a very young and loud (we understand kids don t like
water the whole stay and i asked several times and they did not fix it, the weather was cold my kids could not

was a really nice place for a morning walk, morning coffee and it was a great place for the kids to enjoy
only complaint was the room next to ours there was a young family with kids that were pretty noisy

the breakfast is included and it was delicious - served in the rooftop restaurant which is beautiful -
the adjacent porta hotel antigua is open for a beautiful and free buffet breakfast each day
added bonus is being able to use the pool/grounds and gym at the hotel across the street

the space was clean and they provided enough towels, lounging areas and inflatables for the kids
when we arrived the bedroom they gave us only had one bed for two adults and 2 kids so they changed us, and

the shower pressure, hot water yes, but no pressure, makes it difficult to shower, specially with kids
