i would have preferred a walk in shower. no bar service whilst up in the pool/sun terrace.

no kids cub in the october half term
pool had no shallow end so unable for non swimming kids to use
there was also different activities every day like pilates, games for kids or parties organized in the evenings

our fault for not realizing it prior to booking it but the pool area isn t really for kids so if you

hotel tv had an option to log to various streaming platforms, which was great as thr kids could watch cartoons
kids next door were loud till very late night
looked too dirty to use (water milky and leaves etc in pool and black around outside paint work) kids pool only

the pool is huge and amazing and the kids park is great
lots for kids to eat
perfect in combination with golf or kids or both
also location isn t great if you have kids but defo great for a relaxing couple or golf

the outside pool for kids is amazing and kept them occupied for hours
stayed for 1 night with both kids
there seemed to be not enough activities for children over the age of 4, so older kids may find there is not
no play room for kids

there is no kids playground
kids under 12 are not allowed in the indoor pool
i think in north korea kids have more freedom than here
what made me mad is the day we waste in the hotel with our kids with no activity options and noisey two big
indoors pool is only available for wellness center costumers and kids under 12 aren't allowed

lovely room and helpful staff. the kids loved the pool.
my family had early flight and we (2 adults and 5 kids) had to pay for breakfast even we didn't have chance to
to the airport, nice breakfast, nice staff (one carried my bags up the stairs so i could take the kids upstairs
bed for the kids was very noisy & they kept banging legs on the metal frame around the mattress
hotel was great, the stuff were amazing and very friendly, my kids were also happy, what else should i wish for

hotel, but i can only see two reasons why a 12 year-old would not be allowed in- worries about kids making noise
and safe for kids
