manager lucia is excelent she help us in everthing and she was wonderful with the kids
waterpark area of the pool area 4 kids could us a nice paint job
elevator out of service , had to use the stairs with kids.

the restaurant eclipse on site had amazing food and had a great pool for the kids to swim in
the 1 bedroom suite was a open concept studio no privacy traveling with kids
there were kids screaming at 7am and that is too early.
place , we dont feel that we are in puero rico , it is gated property and good for family with kids , restaurants

to like 11pm or so- just a heads up for those that may need to be in bed early or are with kids
doors should have additional locks on the inside to avoid small kids from opening them easily
the beach is not for babies or kids or non surfers
bar and drinks were fantastic

i love the exercise, we have 2 kids under 2 and we needed to walk up and down aprox 7 flights of stairs to get
very good for families with kids
our kids really enjoyed the pool area
the pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor bar was too

motor golf carts that the stuff were using were making too much noise like motorcycles
privacy of the room and pool/terrace coupled with the outstanding view of the ocean even from the bed

it also has a little park for the kids, and the pool has also a side for little kids
the pool is just from side to side facing the beautiful sunsets and it has baby pool, kids and adult
of kids in the pool so not very relaxing but of course they are on vaca too
my stay with the kids was amazing a great place to spend quality time with the family.
the pool and hot tub was full of lids even though the sine said no kids under 11

pool for kids, was very nice..
area didnt look as clean in the picture, i called and i asked if breakfast was free for me and my kids and when
my kids forgot the dirty laundry after checkout, and even though it was passed 12 we were in the pool
was great for kids
the kids enjoy the warm water of the pool. the staff were kind too.
