guests were a bit noisy, kids especially letting bedroom doors slam instead of closing them & shouting
not easy when you have 2 little kids
family room is big and our kids got their own proper beds

room was dirty the pool had kids with balls in people taking pics the steam room not working we had people
great for kids, good size room and use of facilities.
good choice for breakfast however the kids would have liked the waffle maker as they do at hilton
we went to the spa before a bus load of school kids came in and managed to have a peaceful moment
the flat screen tv was mostly freeview, and wifi was of good quality and free

archery, play center - so this really is somewhere you can go for a night or two just to give the kids a small

we had the deluxe with connecting room for the kids which was great
no offence to parents, but kids screaming in the pool area isn't anyone's idea of calm, spa experience, more
so easy to get to and tonnes of space for the kids
and that's just one thing to do with the kids
and spa were really nice however lots of kids at 7pm in the pool
