very, very noisy place right above the pool with kids playing until late at night along with comings and goings
there was plenty of dinning options in and around the hotel and the hotel pool was very nice to cool off in
the bar / restaurant was very good
wifi not great but not a deal breaker. they have wifi in some areas of the hotel but not all.
no wifi in rooms and could use a coffee pot

kids got noisy in the pool several afternoons

the breakfast was good. the location is perfect. many restaurants within walking distance.

if traveling with little kids - there are a lot of stairs
we loved the pool and swim up bar and the beach is beautiful

underground parking was a huge benefit for our surfboards
a small hotel, when you want to lay by the pool and not talk to anyone, that's not happening
quiet and private, beautiful clear pool with lots of umbrellas and palapa for shade, never busy
place, the location is perfect, the staff is amazing and night time security and under ground parking added to
great location. very clean. outdoor kitchen area.

the pool was incredible and the ocean and beach are literally steps away from the resort
everything is super clean but the towels both in the room and for the pool are showing a bit of wear and tear
infinite pool overlooking beautiful la ropa beach and the bay is incredible
location in the beach and you can sit in the pool and watch the ocean
we love the place, the staff, the pool, the beach and all the good food places on the beach

only pool children are allowed in is behind a bar and deep- children should be allowed to swim in the main pool
the bar area with swings and sitting areas was very inviting

not too far for some, but with kids it made getting to town daily a bit harder
quite far from the two best beaches and is very difficult to get to by car and on foot with small kids

didn't use the pool as it is in the lobby and too open to every one for me to feel comfortable
i was told by another guest at the hotel that there were tables and chairs in the lobby near the pool pre covid

is not great, ocean by the hotel is very rough very strong waves, be careful specially with kids

a big swimming pool that actual laps could be swum in if there before the kids
3 great pools (kids separate) so adult pool was adults only

the grounds are still nice but too many locals trample all over it and then track it into the pool
the pool and grounds were kept up really well and the staff
swim up bar was very untidy
at each other from balcony to balcony, and scream at each other from their balconies down to the pool area, the
pictures it looks really pretty; but this hotel needs maintenance, and a lot of maintenance; the pool area
