so far have nothing i dislike. the laundry room for guess could be a little cheaper.
that evening i ask where the guest laundry was a was told it's on the second floor but its broke

were kids running all hours of the night and people fighting
my kids had a double queen room and equally as nice with bathtub/shower
wish they would put couples on a different floor then families, we could hear kids running up and down the halls

my kids were happy with flush toilets and showers, but were ecstatic at the water slide, pool, and hot

water slide doesn t turn on until 10 am, kids are up wanting to play much earlier than that

parking lot wasn't cleared of snow and ice very well and it was hard to find a parking spot close

seemed a bit thin, from inside the room you could hear people talking in the halls and little kids running down
the only issue was the wifi was lagging so the kids couldn t do their online schooling!
outdoor patio was super noisy below our 2nd floor room with hs kids until about 10 pm
it said pet friendly, but it turned out to be only dog friendly, not cat friendly
gym could use a decline bench and a more versatile cable machine

went down for breakfast with my 2 kids and had a group of like 8 teens down there already getting breakfast
was great but the pool room was cold so make sure to just sit in the hot tub while you watch your kids swim

we chose this hotel for the kids to be able to swim
kids running around outside our room all hours and yelling back and forth - running around floor
police in parking lot when we arrived - said they make numerous calls for car break ins, etc
even with the highway right outside your parking lot the comfort of the room helped to tune out the noise
the cleanliness and getting cat called in the parking lot
