is our second stay, we go once a year just to have a adult get away w out the kids

toilet seat black marks on walls bed springs broke kids outside using house to fill water guns spraying windows

the fridge was so noisy it was disturbing. the wifi was poor.

a gym for a quick workout & a little store for late night snacks & other items

it is a bit out of the way, they did just add a restaurant/bar to the area (other side of the parking lot)

i loved eve8about it. the staff made me feel right at home and even helped me with my kids.

was supposed to end at 10 am, we noticed that the dining area remained open so that all the kids on the team

was that a salt water pool

really enjoyed the lounge area, and breakfast selections

the pool uses salt instead of chlorine.

only complaint i had was that our room was near the elevator and there were screaming kids in the hallway late

breakfast area was superbly clean - all items were absolutely clean and the food exuded freshness

not enough outlets to charge phone and inability to connect to wifi on tablet

but had roaches we was able to hear the next-door neighbors all night long for me to have my kids with me it

have a room in front because i had a pet did not like being in back , dark oily activity at night kids out side

my kids got ate up by something when they went to sleep on the provided sofa bed.

we had kids who wanted to swim and was led to believe when booked the pool was open

kids were very unhappy

they allowed kids to run up and down the hall at 11:30 pm without saying anything.

couldn't even swim in the pool, there were kids screaming the whole time

the refrigerator didnt work, i bought food and milk for my kids which i

very noisy on the highway side. needed a pet deposit. wasnt needed at another local hotel.

great location for easy access from interstate and that it was pet friendly

travel trailer was in the kenly truck stop and he offered to go over and bring it to the hotel parking lot so

convenient for my trip. pet friendly

our kids loved the vid pool

kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast was definitely a plus we were not expecting

why to noisy, kids in pool till 10:30 dog yapping door slamming all hours of the nite

when we arrived at the room with our kids in tow the room only had a king bed with no sofa bed

the kids loved the outdoor pool which had ample tables and seating

the pool was under repair, the bistro was closed in the morning and i could get my kids breakfast, i payed for

check in was not speedy and there were screaming kids/families right behind me so i couldn't hear what the clerk

said there was a room available and we drove there they made sure they had a room and offered my kids a snack

pool was nice and comfortable for my kids

our kids wanted to swim in the pool and there was a thick, slime over the pool and the hot tub was

didn't get my room cleaned for the two days i was there and my kids could even go to pool

pool room was freezing and water in pool was extremely cold for indoor pool so kids very

bad room on the ground floor with a kids party keeping me awake , oiled not change rooms

wifi was difficult to connect and stay connected to.
