clearly states that quiet time is 10 pm to 6am yet a family with kids was very noisy and disruptive after those
the moment we walked in, the property was overrun with kids running the halls, screaming & slamming doors
of the reason we booked a room there was hoping to relax in it wasn't able to use pool too many kids in it (12
nice sitting area in the lobby and the group enjoyed the pool

and the pool area was nice for the kids
the room above us were very loud (kids running around and jumping off the beds)
food at breakfast ran low kids wanted to eat but we went elsewhere
went above and beyond to help us check in by upgrading our room request to get away from little kids
the pool and hot tub were clean and the kids enjoyed it

little pricey and lots of loud kids in the hottub which i do not think the kids belong in the hottub i got
the weather was -20 degrees and my kids thought it was so cool to swim outside while it s snowing in below
continental breakfast was awesome, beautiful atmosphere, kids loved the hot tub/pool!
the pool area was great, the kids had so much fun swimming inside and outside

it was kind of loud. there were a lot of kids there for a hockey tournament i was told.
no one was monitoring the fact that many of the kids were jumping into the pool and running, pushing and shoving
friendly staff, super clean rooms, awesome clean pool, nice slide for my kids
be a corner of tables reserved for those people who were not part of that group as some of the kids were tossing
the pool & wading pool could have been warmer but my kids had a blast on the slide

saftey is my number one priority as a parent and most parents would agree we want our kids safe
in pool area, we brought our food and drinks in there, nobody said anything we have sports kids that are staying
pools and slides are the best when you have younger kids
kids couldn t stay out of the pool and it s just big enough that adults can have fun too

next night, they upgraded us to adjoining rooms so kids could have 1 room and us the other for some time alone
pool water was cool, not heated-kids used
too many kids in the pool, and adults in the hot tub, couldn t get in to enjoy

the salt water pool was very nice for the kids to swim in
hotel was extremely busy that particular weekend with a kids basketball tournament and a number of children
easy room change with two dogs two kids and a baby on the way
we were there for a ski race and the kids used the pool and had a great time

very clean. great good and kids loved the pool.
we had our pet we were placed next to the pool and were woken up at 6 am by screaming kids
kids were loud at 10pm no restaurant or lounge as advertised
the hallways had kids running up and down and slamming doors until 2 am
good choice for a family travelling with a pet. good location. hotel is confortable

the staff were wonderful. everyone was helpful and polite. the breakfast was surprisingly good.
only thing i didn't realize is there is no hot tub, just a pool
was disappointed with the breakfast.

it is clean has free soda good for kids and families
the suite was perfect for our family. our kids loved the bunk bed!
with kids were put in rooms above us and they were very noisy
the staff offered to have breakfast ready early for our kids, so we could get there in time
most people staying are adults so there weren t kids being loud or running up and down the halls

just the guests across the hall, in and out all night and yelling at their kids
naughty son who was being difficult that morning she related to me by talking about her teenage kids
didn t have a problem, the kids said there coulda been an option for waffles
kids running up and down the hallways there was no control over what was happening there
also you could hear kids running up and down the hallway till midnight and then again at 5 am in the morning
