late check in because the laundry wasant finished, no elevator, couldn't swim because too many kids and people
my kids keeps gathering pieces of different things like plastic from the bottom of the pool and we
i finally had to yell at the kids in the hall
kids swam no towels in pool area asked for towels and bedding got told i had to wait until house
my kids love the pool and hot tub!

kids were totally upset when we got there and it didn't have one
my husband and i had 5 kids with us
nice breakfast set up and plenty of choices - i just did't get the chance to eat because i had to leave

kids had a blast
we went to fun city and decided to stay here so the kids could swim and was above our expectations
the pool was perfect the for the kids we had and hot tub broke but was fixed in hours
communication about breakfast. did not know when breakfast was and left with three hungry kids.
the pool area was surprisingly large with plenty of room for the kids to play

the location - being in fort madison - and being pet friendly.
breakfast was lacking, out of coffee,
wifi times out every 2 hours required you to stop and enter password every time
bed was very uncomfortable. breakfast was not satisfying.

we got the jacuzzi room. it worked perfect for our family with 3 little kids. they got to
on duty anyways as well as the fold out bed had dirty sheets on it and also breakfast cereals for kids suck
