the place was lovely just to fair from the town to walk to kids
very few guests but still we were placed in a room next to a young family with several very young kids
us out with anything we needed the rooms were clean and tidy they give us colouring books for the kids definitely

air con so room was very warm and one of the kids beds was just a mattress on the ground which we didn't mind

loved, actually the kids loved the pancake machine and looked forward to going downstairs for breakfast to get
only downside to our stay was that the pool wasn't open to kids until 10am
were extra comfy and the kids were delighted to have pancakes for breakfast

had book 2 rooms as we had a few kids wit us kept us nice n close rooms were massive size and beautiful long
spacious family room for 2 adults + 3 kids
2nd year going for winterval,and the fitzwilton is ideal for us as a group of 8 adults and 2 kids

things calmed for a while when some of the kids left (for bed, we thought) but they returned in their pyjamas

thin walls meant hearing next door neighbor's morning alarm and kids
especially jack from the bar, reception staff are so friendly and the managers are on the ball my kids loved
the staff were very accommodating, in particular with 7 giddy kids

the supposed licencing law that says no kids after 9 pm
great to stay in hotel at weekends with young kids extremely loud music until around 2am each
staff couldn't do enough breakfast expecially was spot on,great with kids as a family couldn't ask for
people aware if they are staying in the hotel or the building across the road,need to sort out kids staying in
this isn't bad but if you've kids it's dangerous as the only way out of the car park is to walk on the road

stay from the moment we parked at the front door , the staff we so so friendly to us and our kids and went out
grounds outside we're beautiful the kids had amazing time in the park and on the grounds there was a lot for us

pool is very basic, kids pool is very small, i expected much better pools from a 5stars hotel
menu was a bit pricey and not really much choice for kids
when i asked to get the chicken goujons and fries from the kids menu boosted to an adults portion i was refused

it has a kids club which my daughter liked a lot, an access to a fitness center with pool
required a knack to get it working and the pool which isnt just for guest use had unsupervised kids and really
delicious breakfast, fantastic spa and swimming/sport facilities, just pefect with two little kids
my youngest son had a great time in the kids club & the location was perfect for exploring the city

in a family room a tiny fridge would be a good idea to keep a drop of milk in for the kids although any hotel

a noisy location as the accommodations are above the pub, would not recommend for families with kids, a lovely
