my kids were extremely uncomfortable with hotel and neighborhood and lack of security in building

it was close to airport and they gave us a separate room for the kids the room was very clean and the staff was

complaint at 730 that we would be kicked out if it happen again and it was 250 for anymore then 6 kids to swim

family with 6 kids were put above me on the 4th floor and were running around for hours

the first night we arrived, and they closed the entire pool and hot tub down for maintenance, the kids were

nice clean place for visiting anchorage. nothing fancy but very convenient for family with kids.

only recommendation i would make is to have the pool hours change where after 8pm, only kids 13+ can access the

breakfast and also an evening meal was served, great location, free laundry, large suite with kitchen was great

was smaller than expected so wasn't my fav when there were many kids but the hours are 7am to 11pm so we went

the rooms are such a great size, that helps a lot when you have 3 or 4 kids

i asked before i payed if it was open and i asked staff when i checked in than when i got the kids ready we went

sometimes random vehicles hang out in the parking lot who are not paying clients

then i got stuck to someone who had not 1 but 2 screaming kids until well past midnight

if travelling with kids ask for a room closer to

my kids and i did not feel safe and it was not a pleasant experience
