no free breakfast for the kids

room next to us had kids or teenagers that were really loud at night and in the morning but other than that i

we picked this hotel during our january stay because it had an indoor pool that we thought our kids could swim

kids loved the indoor/ outdoor pool

they charged my kids as adults and we had to go back and actually argued with the food server about it because

i booked there because of the indoor pool for my kids and the water was still too cold to use

staff was not family friendly. did not have patience for young kids.

bleach odor from indoor pool was strong.

good restaurants nearby, excellent breakfast, indoor pool, next to the mall

no pool, breakfast, hot tub, gym, food you can buy

pool was not maintained as it should be no towels too many kids in the spa they thought is was part of the pool

the kids had plenty of room to play board games and roam outside in the courtyard as well

pool was under mantnience but otherwise everything else was great

the pool area was amazing. hot tub very clean.

also i wish the laundry facilities were free of charge
