great hotel and staff. 10+ yrs been staying there with husband kids and dog always a great time
only should open early like ,7-9 adults only would be nice to have time to the adults before the kids get up
the indoor pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of exploring, and our kids had a great time there
pool can be noisy at some of the places we go the kids can swim till 8 pm and adults 8-10

i had an asthma attack and my kids had a hard time breathing when we went home we had to wash anything we had
that they respected our privacy and that they were great when the kids want to use the pool

kids were very disappointed
after 8 hours long, how frustrating when you with three younger kids have to wait on lobby almost 45 mins

here in both the 2 bedroom suite and loft suite - both are great options when travelling with kids
good location, great staff and kids loved the pool and hot tub!
with the truck situation, the stuff at hotel made it will better, provided special treats for the kids and
pool area was extremely loud and busy right up to the 10pm closing with all the kids screaming and jumping in

apartment was comfortably furnished and the outdoor patio was great for fresh air and place for kids to run
we could hear people running around room above us and kids screaming, was a problem considering

charge extra for kids that are staying with us
we were travelling with kids and they are not patient; especially after being stuck in a vehicle for several
our kids wanted to swim and there were no more towels so we asked her and instead of saying no problem
good for 2 or 3 kids maybe, anything more and it is too crowded to move

the breakfast was fantastic, and mickey was helping at the breakfast area and was so kind to our kids

are loads of sports teams that stay at this hotel and all the kids running up and down the hallways get a bit

we had to park a block away in a parkade and walk over - two tired kids this was not ideal

with a decent size sand area with the lake view, so not only the adults can relax but also the kids can have
unfortunately, a lot of the staff seem to be 'holiday' students or kids that didn't really know what was going
in the morning i went to use the gym and there was no air conditioning despite it being 26 degrees outside
location and history. the bar and its staff were terrific.
