kids above us jumped and ran all over upstairs until after 1130 pm

our first weekend in forrevvveerrrrr without kids and we enjoyed our stay so much

wifi works really well

clean and spacious, great location, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and stove, washer and dryer, great

breakfast was very adequate and delicious.

she was kind, willing to help and always kind to my kids

lots of kids there and thought it might be noisy when the quiet times arrived, but it was quiet

a first floor room could be noisy if people above walk heavily or have kids running around.

hospital with er was an hour away my kids are accident prone sled slope trees = fun + oww luckily no broken

not great for little kids. being on an upstairs floor we had to be extra quiet.

toilet is too low like kids

they charge extra for faster wifi.

also people blasting their car stereo in the parking lot should not have been allowed very annoying

i always have a stay in the summer here for a girls golf trip, it's just a nice place to stay

the wifi was reliable & included

the grassy area was lots of fun for the kids and the river is so close

we had dogs and kids and the staff is so welcoming to both

my husband and kids had the same discomfort i did so this isn't a one off

the wifi was a little bit slow, which unfortunately affected the functioning of the tv

everything was great. except the wifi it poor and spotty, at least in my room it was.
