this is a beautiful hotel, gardens and fountains, great whirl pool , very good breakfast.

however, when preparing the kids' bed, i found someone else's hair on the sheet, which was an unpleasant surprise

we were traveling with 2 kids under 5 and got the room on the second floor with no elevator
