we ordered a kids sundae for my young niece, however what was brought wasn t particularly kid friendly

with this being a family room and are kids being on the bunk beds and finding this isn t great

shower very small even the kids said it was hard to shower in it ,

clean, no bar or restaurant, self service hotel but would definitely recommend it and would stry there

walls are so thin could hear the person in the other room snoring stairs are also very noisy no wifi in the room

toiletries provided other than bar of soap but i had them anyway so really didn't concern me to ask

the curtains open everyone can see straight into your room plus it s noisy in the morning with kids walking

we had the kids with us so stuck to the pool and it was a great way to spend an hour and a half on a cold wet

a pleasant surprise to meet him at the front desk- very friendly and professional, sweets for the kids at check

kids loved the pool and i liked the prompt service when there was a problem with the tv

we were 4 different families as the kids were all sailing at grafham

the bolognaise i'm sure was a kids portion because that was laughable then it was put in a massive bowl to look

lady who served us on reception was wonderful - she told us about the kids eat free thing

sofa bed was very poor for the kids , l stayed in a travelodge the day before with the kids and they had proper

broken window wouldn t shut i had 2 kids with me so had to move bed away from window room 25

we had to make sure that the kids didn't go from house to house by themselves

room i wouldn't say is suitable for two teenage kids as the sofa bed is not comfortable nor big enough

we put the kids upstairs in the double bed and slept on the sofa bed downstairs as it was next to the entrance

the location was great, just off the high street and parking was secure and private to the property which was

ease of check in with code, good communication from owner & late check out request granted.
