wouldn t recommend the connecting room - it felt like it would be best for families with kids

stairs were a little tiresome as we aren't kids anymore and we were on the third floor

employee booked our room for our stay and we realized she didn t request 2 beds for us and our kids

last thing you want is screaming kids while trying to relax in the hot tub

did have a loud night with kids running up and down the hallways and apparently sounded like kids were jumping

had two adults and two kids in my group and we had one room

the breakfast was great! the kids loved all the choices. the pool and hot tub were great

clearly heard kids goofing around in hallway after we went to bed

huge room and the ability to close door if needed between us and kids was wonderful

i arrived at the airport, i called the hotel 4 times for a shuttle

to my late arrival, and so it was very convenient to have an outside restaurant just across the parking lot

there was some miscommunication due to which my mother in law couldn t get the breakfast and kitchen closed

was nice having a bistro in the hotel, as well as starbucks at breakfast, a bar and lastly, towels for guests

the pool was very crowded for having reservations and it seemed like 7 college kids were in it without a room

not a deal breaker, but with two hungry kids it wasn t ideal to have to wait again while one of us went back

many kids in pool area loud crazy kids splashing around was a huge turn off

i asked for iced tea, i was told they don t serve iced tea in the restaurant, that only at the bar downstairs

understaffing meant we didn't get our bar drinks until midway through our dinner

comfortable bedding, great gym, nice breakfast offerings, excellent location, fast elevators, hydration stations

our toilet clogged and the breakfast was slim

staff was amazing, breakfast was awesome, everything was just really exceptional.

i was there with 2 of my teenaged kids and the room had everything we needed, plenty of room, kitchen, etc

the pool - was cold and no hot tub. the rooms seemed too small for more than 2 people in a room.

shuttle convenience within 3-mile radius was extremely appreciated

the staff went well beyond the call of duty. super friendly, knowledgeable. good breakfast.

is a pet friendly hotel but it is good to know, if you stay with a pet they charge you 100 usd for

pool and hot tub facilities were broken and dirty making it impossible to use with our kids for more than half

i love the waffles at breakfast and our room is big enough for my kids and i

they have some food available for starving kids such as chips and salsa, quesadilla, chicken fingers, fries or

the rooms were very nice and loved the pool area

it's all one big room, with a pull out couch sofa, two queen beds, and a kitchen area
