not a place for kids/infants

our room was advertised as a fireplace suite, and the electric fireplace should not be advertised as a feature

we tried out the gym and we were happy to see how their equipment was updated with a peleton and trx bands

i didn t know that it was a pet friendly hotel and at 7 am i heard puppies & dogs barking.

we had a suite with a pull out for 2 kids and they only provided 1 pillow and 1 blanket

very noisy. i lost a lot of sleep with yelling kids next door.

carpets are absolutely filthy, my kids got a rash from the indoor pool, there are a lot of chips and broken
